Japanese Cooking: Izakaya at Home

Learn how to cook delicious restaurant-style Japanese cuisine at home! In this hands-on workshop you will create a variety of dishes including nasu dengaku (grilled eggplant with sweet miso paste), edamame (young soybeans in the pod) and gyoza (pan-fried dumplings). Walk away with newfound knowledge and ideas to help you get creative in the kitchen! Materials included.
