A gentle workout on the chair to music, incorporating arm and leg work to increase core strength and maintain flexibility. The class will aslo involve the use of balls, scarves and therabands.
It is suitable for those with a previous injury to ‘get back on track’, or to just keep fit and healthy in a friendly environment.
